You remain responsible for content you submit, including profile details, business descriptions, images and messages.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content.

You grant Brightindia AI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, display, reproduce and process your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Brightindia AI website.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, profile information, location data, technical information and other personal information.

You must respect the privacy of other users and must not misuse personal information obtained through the Platform.

Where consent is legally required, these Terms do not replace the relevant consent process.

Third-party websites or services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Brightindia AI is not responsible for independent third-party conduct to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts, omissions or obligations.

12Platform Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from errors.

Maintenance, network failures, updates, security incidents or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may modify the Platform to improve its features, security or operation. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before implementing material changes.

13Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to material violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, legal requirements or misuse.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or an opportunity to challenge the decision.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that lawfully survive termination. Personal information will continue to be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14Disclaimers

The Platform is provided subject to its stated functionality, limitations and availability.

We do not guarantee that listings, profiles, connections or third-party services will be accurate, suitable, available or successful.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, business operations or applicable law.

We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice or obtain consent where required by law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the affected services, subject to applicable legal and contractual rights.
